WUNDERMAP?? Nope... FRUSTRATIONMAP?? Yep
The new WunderMap is NOT wonderful!!! It is NOT user friendly. It IS confusing. It does NOT run smoothly. I can't find the button to toggle the ground clutter on & off. It is NOT part of the main website & users must return to the main website and choose the place of interest instead of everything being conveniently being located on the same site. It was a WunderMap now it's a FrustrationMap and I will not be using it anymore until it improves significantly. Adios!

Allow Users to Choose Old or New!
I suggest you allow vistors to choose which version they wish to use. Granted that might force your "user experience consultants", "marketing execs", and "monetization experts" to admit they made some huge mistakes.
If you are actually listening to user feedback, I can't see why this has not already been implemented.
Pro Tip #1: Second rate MBA's are not always right.
You have managed to destroy all that was unique and useful about the previous version.
If I had wanted lots of fluff, I would have gone to weather.com years ago.
Thank you for taking the time to read my…

Permit Multiple Location Markers on NEXRAD Maps
I live in NY and work in MA, commuting back & forth on weekends. I like to keep track of the weather in both places. The NEXRAD radar out of Albany, NY is located so as to show both places, and by manually editing the URL, I can get the display to put a marker on either location:
http://www.wunderground.com/radar/radblast.asp?zoommode=pan&prevzoom=zoom&num=6&frame=0&delay=15&scale=1.000&noclutter=0&ID=ENX&type=N0R&showstorms=0&lat=42.53995514&lon=-71.48416138&label=Littleton%2c%20MA&map.x=400&map.y=240&scale=1.000¢erx=400¢ery=240&showlabels=1&rainsnow=0&lightning=0&lerror=20&num_stns_min=2&num_stns_max=9999&avg_off=9999&smooth=0
OR
http://www.wunderground.com/radar/radblast.asp?zoommode=pan&prevzoom=zoom&num=6&frame=0&delay=15&scale=1.000&noclutter=0&ID=ENX&type=N0R&showstorms=0&lat=42.53567886&lon=-75.52355957&label=Norwich%2c%20MA&map.x=400&map.y=240&scale=1.000¢erx=400¢ery=240&showlabels=1&rainsnow=0&lightning=0&lerror=20&num_stns_min=2&num_stns_max=9999&avg_off=9999&smooth=0Is there any way to put markers on both locations in the same display? Could there be?
Thank you,

Ability to View Storm Flags (Thunderstorm, Mesocyclone, Etc...) without the white hourly track.
For NEXRAD Radars, it would be extremely beneficial to some people, if they could choose to view storm flags, without the additional white hourly tracking label. The white tracking lines oftentimes cover up the radar when observing scattered thunderstorms, and make it impossible to see where the cyclonic activity is without turning off "Storms". I would like to still be able to show storms, just without the White Hour Marker.

Show all stations in a community
I live in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. If I select Kamloops, as I am typing it in, there is no indication of more than one station; I get the station across the Thompson River. I tried entering my Postal Code (V2C 6N7) and got the Upper Sahali station which is much closer to my home. It would be nice to enter "Kamloops" and get a list of stations in Kamloops. It is possible that the best station might not be the one selected by Postal Code, and the user should be able to choose. After all, he probably knows the…

Add email / text alerts to notify when tropical storms have formed.
I love the standard weather email / text message alerts for specific cities. Would love a new alert for email / text messages when tropical storms are formed / named so that I can track them. Include link(s) to go to the tracking page(s). Alert options would include various tropical storm info, such as wind info and when the TS becomes a hurricane

Use different icons for "Mostly Cloudy" and "Partly Cloudy"
Different icons would make the forecast more intuitive at a glance. There's a fairly large difference between an overcast, gray sky and scattered clouds on an otherwise sunny day.

Dual Pole Radar Products
These products should be available for NEXRAD sites that have been upgraded.

Clarify what you mean by "Clear with a chance of rain" in forecasts.
Your forecasts often say "Clear with a chance of rain" which not only sounds a bit contradictory but doesn't give any idea of what type of rain e.g. a brief shower? long-lasting rain? Same goes for the forecasts that say things like "overcast with a chance of rain".

Grammatically incorrect title in weather station data
In the detailed "Daily Summary" section obtained by clicking on a particular weather station you have a grammatically incorrect title for the cumulative values
You have : Statistics for the rest of the month
However "The rest of the month" generally means the remaining days in the month while you mean the previous days in the month.
I suggest that it would be clearer if It read :
"Statistics for the month to date" or "Month to date statistics"

Show the same forecasts on mobile apps and website
The website and mobile app (iPhone app in my case) are often grossly different. For example, the current high temp forecasts for Madison, WI (station KMSN) on the website are as follows:
Tue: 83 / Wed: 77 / Thu: 73 / Fri: 50 / Sat: 55
Sun: 63 / Mon: 68 / Tue: 82 / Wed: 88 / Thu: 63On the iPhone app they are:
Tue: 83 / Wed: 79 / Thu: 54 / Fri: 50 / Sat: 55
Sun: 63 / Mon: 64 / Tue: 72 / Wed: 64 / Thu: 63This is after reloading the website…

Restore national radar map on home page
The WU home page used to have a national radar map that could be opened up to provide a larger (OK, national) view of storms and tracks that help me in future planning. Perhaps it is still there but I cannot find it. Yes, the local and regional radars maps are good, but can look clear when there is a monster storm moving in from beyond the borders.

Provide a way to display both F and C at the same time
I switch between metric and imperial units quite a bit, particularly when I'm traveling. It would be really cool if I could optionally see both units at the same time, rather than one or the other. Thanks!

Display wind gusts in your forecasts.
In your forecasts, it's not currently clear as to whether the wind speed ranges include gusts or not e.g. "winds from the SSE at 15 to 20 km/h". It would be great if you included gust speeds since strong gusts often cause more damage than steady wind speeds.

Implement severe weather alerts for international locations (not just the US/Europe).
Severe weather alerts could be automatically triggered when forecast precipitation, temperatures, winds, thunderstorm severity, etc exceeds certain thresholds (either fixed or based on the normal climatological range for that location) causing an alert banner to be displayed at the top. This way, you wouldn't have to rely on a country's official weather agency's warnings. It would also be great if the current severe weather alert service via email could be expanded to international locations.

Change code for large Flash maps of Hurricane activity
Currently, Eastern Pacific code shows Atlantic and Western Pacific code shows Eastern Pacific.
I have modified the lats/longs on my website (viz. http://www.jerbils.info/saratoga/wxindex.php and look at Hurricanes menu item) to correct it to a certain extent (i.e. have moved WP code to EP and have chosen convenient lat/long from Google Earth for WP)1 vote -
Please do NOT use the winter storm names concocted by weather.com/TWC. It's a confusing publicity stunt.

Weather Notifications
I love the iOS app and the availability of severe weather and other notifications within the app. Currently the icon is a red triangle with an exclamation whether the notification is a sever thunderstorm warning or a record set notification. It would be helpful in my opinion if the icon was dynamic to help indicate the severity of the alert. Every time i see the icon i think that something requiring immediate attention may be occurring like a severe thunderstorm or tornado warning. I would suggest something like the following: a red icon for warnings, an orange icon for watches,…
