Support member menu on touch devices
It is often extremely difficult to invoke the dropdown menu even on a desktop or laptop system to select weather stations or webcams but with a nexus 7 (android) it is virtually impossible. Change the methodology so that member settings is one of the items on the menu as opposed to being invoked by hitting the userid
