Customize PWS Notification Threshold
As a station owner, I can set the threshold for receiving a station downtime notification. In other words, I wouldn't receive a notification for my station until it stops sending data for the specified amount of time.
Possible choices are .25, .5, 1, 2, 5, 12, 24, 48 hours

my problems are the web service provider crashing, any where from 5 min to several hours, and a power failure, trees down or lightning. All of these can happen with in a month where I live. The longer outages I am aware of and expect you to drop my station till i reappear, so I think a shorter time might be helpful, which would catch the occasion of my software crashing.
