Create a PWWS (Personal Weather Web Site)
Collect the information from the site and allow PWS owners to create a PWWS (Personal Weather Web Site).
Basic free subscription would be stationname.wunderground.com domain based and no possibility to customize, ads supported.
Pro (pay $) subscription stationname.wunderground.com domain plus templates and customization, extended API usage, no ads.
Premium (pay $$) subscription, can run on own domain (via dns cname redirect) plus premium or custom templates, no ads, unlimited usage for the API.
