  Let's see....a radar map that needs a 7 minute video tutorial. What's wrong with this picture? It sucks.

  You have ruined a great product, which was user-friendly and gave me as much info as needed. Now I go elsewhere... simple as that. Put back the old wundermap and stop trying to hold on to your jobs by trying to fix something you have hopelessly messed up. Thanks for nothing!

  As a 5+ year user I concur with hjmann. I'm not saying this new interface is a bad thing but it needs to work. I have multiple screens on my desktops and until your change to the website at least one of them had wundermap up and running in full screen mode. Since the change I've been using other weather sites.

  Matt, you don't need to do a survey "to make a compelling case, blah, blah, blah,"
  Just make the site work. It's as simple as that. I've sort of lost track of how long you've been
  trying to make this work and I'm thinking that what you're trying to do is way past your teams coding abilities.
  The animation of both Radar and Satellite is terrible! Just make it work!

  I've been a member for close to 14yrs...mabe i didn't go to college long enough..or I'm too old, that thing is a mess...I've given up on trying to use it

  I agree. I've been a user for years but cannot, for the life of me, figure out that realtime map. I think it must have been designed by nerds who may not think a lot about Human Computer Interface design. Get an HCI person to help you out, PLEASE! (and soon!).

  Elynema, thanks for the sarcasm.

  There are UI issues with the new system that a lot of users feel need to be addressed. It has nothing to do with "not being ready for progress".

  Some things are nice and work much better in the new version. Stability is one thing that's been addressed. And load time. But some things are terribly implemented and seem to have been put in place by people more concerned with "looks" rather than "information."

  Have to agree - I miss the old maps, they were far more user friendly. have been a subscriber for many years, but this has me looking for a new weather site

  I can't either. It's one of the oddest, least successful improvements since New Coke.
