How can we improve Weather Underground mobile apps?

Do something to decrease the battery drain on iPhone

After the 3.3 update, the app started draining my battery at an insane pace. It was almost dead by lunch time after a full charge. Once I uninstalled it, my battery life went back to what it was before.

I closed the app (it wasn't running on the screen), but was not clearing it out of the "task bar" (double clicking the home button and swiping it away). So technically it was running in the background, but the old app didn't continue to drain the battery, or if it did it was a very small and unnoticeable rate. I shouldn't have to close and dismiss the app every time I use it. The battery drain was happening even with the phone sitting idle (screen dark and not using it for anything).
