I've renewed my membership. Why do I still see ads and an old expiration date?

"I've renewed and received a confirmation number, but my date is still expired."

If you are still seeing ads or the old expiration date, you may just need to reset your membership cookie. To do this, hit the "Sign out" button in the top portion of our site, and then "Sign in" again using your email address and password.


"I'm STILL seeing an expired date."

If you have logged out and then in again, and you are still seeing the old date, it may be a problem on our end. Please contact us by clicking the link titled "Contact support", located on the right-hand side of this page, underneath the "Search" field.
