Why do I still have Ads?

If you recently updated your device or needed to reset your device, you may have lost the subscription to remove ads. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Go to the upgrades>remove ads page within Storm and create a weather underground account 
2. Find your receipt and take a screenshot of it
3. Go to the contact us area of your device, tap "Send us a message"
4. Attach the receipt for your purchase to the email that you are sending
5. Include the email address of your weather underground account in the email as well
6. Send the email!

We will reinstate your purchase. Once your purchase has be reinstated, you will be ad free on any WU mobile app and device where you have logged in.
