Since there are many different browsers and technologies available on the world-wide web, there may be several different causes of trouble viewing some of the content on our website. The most common causes of trouble involve third-party software including "spyware", "adware" and other "Internet security" packages.

If you suspect that a particular software package may be causing a problem, we encourage you to disable software packages one at a time, using the process of elimination to identify the troublesome software. You may need to contact the software package's manufacturer for further technical support. It may help to advise your provider's support staff that you are having trouble viewing animations and images on our site.
