To ensure your station is reporting, double check that your Weather Underground station ID and station key/ password are entered correctly in your weather station software or weather station display console. Also be sure that your time and date are correctly set to local time within the software or display console as data with wrong time and date stamps will not appear on Weather Underground. Next, try power cycling the unit. Intermittent data can be caused by power or internet connectivity issues, so be sure the unit has steady power and internet connectivity.
If all of this information is correct and your station is still not appearing on the maps, apps or nearby station list, then your station is not passing our QC process. You may want to compare your station to a calibrated thermometer and adjust the calibration settings as necessary. A station won't pass QC if there is any missing data, so check again that your station has a steady flow of power and internet connectivity to prevent intermittent data.
